Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support a major Maintenance System (EAM) transition project at a client site in Rehovot.

This role focuses on business and technical analysis, process design, and translation of requirements between Hebrew and English. The role ensures accurate definition of business needs and supports system design, documentation, and implementation readiness in collaboration with global and local teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
• Translate business processes and system terminology between Hebrew and English
• Support system design discussions and process mapping activities
• Assist in structuring data and defining system logic requirements
• Prepare documentation, including process flows and user guides
• Support UAT preparation, validation, and issue clarification
• Work closely with global and local stakeholders to align requirements
• Ensure consistency of business definitions across the system
• Support knowledge transfer and training materials preparation

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
• Excellent Hebrew and English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Experience working with business and technical stakeholders
• Strong ability to translate complex concepts across languages and domains
• Experience in system implementation or transformation projects

Advantages
