The company uses advanced technology to analyze each customer’s feet and create personalized solutions for comfort and support. All processes are supervised by experienced foot specialists to ensure high-quality results and professional care. New FEET is focused on helping customers improve their daily comfort, mobility, and overall well-being through customized products and attentive in-store service.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Rishon LeZion. The Salesperson will welcome customers, understand their needs, and present suitable insole solutions while clearly explaining product features and benefits. Daily tasks include guiding customers through the foot analysis process, coordinating with foot specialists, and ensuring a professional and supportive customer experience. The role also involves handling in-store sales transactions, maintaining product displays, and accurately documenting customer information. The Salesperson will work closely with the team to meet sales goals, follow company procedures, and uphold New FEET’s service standards.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate clearly and respectfully.
• Sales and negotiation abilities, including active listening, product recommendation, and closing sales in a consultative manner.
• Comfort working with basic technology and in-store systems used for foot analysis and customer records.
• High level of reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail in all customer-facing activities.
• Ability to work on-site full time in Rishon LeZion, including flexibility for shifts, weekends, or evenings as needed.
• Previous experience in retail, health, footwear, or orthotic products is an advantage but not required.
• Willingness to learn about foot health, customized insoles, and company procedures through training.
