The Role

We are looking for a dedicated HR Coordinator to join our operations in Petah Tikva. This is an excellent opportunity to integrate and grow within the Human Resources field in a professional and dynamic environment.

• Employee Relations: Act as the main point of contact for international employees, assisting with onboarding, life-cycle history, and day-to-day HR needs.
• Administration: Ensure all employee data and documentation (contracts, visa history, assessment records) are organized and accurately maintained.

Job Requirements:

• Full fluency in Spanish – Mandatory (in addition to Hebrew or English).
• 1–2 years of experience in HR or administration – perfectly sufficient.
• High level of accuracy, order, and organizational skills.
• High motivation and a strong desire to develop and advance in the HR field.
• Good proficiency in Excel and experience working with data and information systems.

Position Details:

• Location: Petah Tikva.
• Full-time position, Sunday–Thursday.
• Working hours: 08:30–17:30, with flexibility based on business needs.
