Application Infrastructure Support Specialist (5361)

About the Role

Join a leading enterprise environment as part of a professional Application Infrastructure team supporting mission-critical data synchronization and integration platforms in a complex production environment.

This role combines Linux administration, Oracle databases, troubleshooting, and production support, working closely with Development, DBA, Infrastructure, and external vendor teams.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain enterprise data synchronization and interface platforms.
• Manage deployments, configurations, testing, and production support processes.
• Troubleshoot complex technical and production issues.
• Perform installations and upgrades on Linux Red Hat servers.
• Collaborate with Development, DBA, and Infrastructure teams to improve system stability and performance.
• Maintain technical documentation, monitoring, and operational procedures.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Oracle DB and advanced SQL.
• 3+ years of hands-on Linux experience.
• Experience supporting Windows-based applications.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and learn new technologies quickly.
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.

Advantages

• Experience with ETL, replication, or enterprise integration systems.
