A leading defense company is looking for a QA Engineer!

The role includes full responsibility for testing processes, with an emphasis on creative thinking and the ability to look beyond written test scenarios, while understanding the system and ensuring its proper overall functionality.

We are looking for a proactive candidate with a “big picture” mindset and the ability to leverage AI tools to improve and optimize testing processes.

Responsibilities:

Perform end-to-end (E2E) manual testing on WEB-based systems

Plan and execute functional and non-functional test scenarios

Identify defects beyond documented test cases (Exploratory Testing)

Work with bug tracking systems (JIRA)

Collaborate with development, product, and architecture teams

Use AI tools to create test scenarios and improve processes

Willingness to develop into automation in the future

Requirements:

3+ years of experience as a QA Engineer

Experience with manual testing of WEB-based systems

Experience with system / E2E testing

Familiarity with JIRA

Familiarity with additional testing tools

Ability for self-learning and a broad system-level perspective

Technological mindset and ability to work with AI tools (including experience/understanding in writing agents)
