Data Analyst (Product team)

Shopic is a Computer Vision AI start-up specializing in retail solutions and smart shopping experiences. Our technology transforms any shopping cart into a smart cart and enhances theft prevention at self-checkout terminals. Based in Tel Aviv and deployed by leading grocery chains worldwide, we’re proud to have some of the brightest minds in AI on our team.

We’re looking for a Data Analyst to join our Product Team at our headquarters in Tel Aviv. In this role, you’ll play a key part in analyzing and improving product performance across different features. Your insights will directly influence product development and decision-making by translating customer data into actionable recommendations. You’ll work closely with the product, data, and R&D teams, bringing a strong analytical mindset and curiosity to learn technical tools and frameworks.

The work modal includes one day from home, 4 days from the office in Tel Aviv.

Requirements:

BA/BSc degree in a quantitative field
2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst/Product Analyst/Business Analyst
Experience working with tools as: Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, Qlik, Metabase.
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
Proficiency in SQL
Proficiency in Python
Excellent analytical and logical reasoning skills
Independent, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks

Responsabilities:

Own and maintain Mixpanel - the product’s analytics platform
Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and key performance metrics
Define and monitor product events, properties and data tracking
Conduct feature impact and A/B test analyses to measure performance
Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to improve user experience and Computer Vision AI models results
Proactively identify anomalies, trends, and opportunities for product improvement
Collaborate with Product, Data, and R&D teams to ensure data accuracy and optimize tracking
