Sales Development Representative

We are recruiting a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for SQLink's business development activity.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound B2B prospecting activities with business clients
• Establish initial contact with decision-makers in medium and large organizations
• Identify business opportunities and schedule meetings for the sales team
• Work daily with CRM systems and lead generation tools
• Manage the lead process from initial outreach through qualified meeting scheduling

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in SDR, telemarketing, or inside sales roles in the technology, software, or cybersecurity sectors (B2B)
• Proven experience conducting cold calling activities
• Ability to handle objections and drive conversations over the phone
• Basic technological understanding and the ability to quickly learn complex domains such as cybersecurity, infrastructure, and AI
• Experience working with CRM systems – Salesforce advantage
• Familiarity with lead generation tools such as Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator – advantage
• Strong communication skills, high motivation for success, self-discipline, and mental resilience
