Position Overview-

• Technical Systems Analyst & Project Manager stepping into an autonomous, high-impact "One-Man Show" role to drive complex, cross-organizational technological initiatives from inception to launch.
• Owning the end-to-end project lifecycle—translating high-level business visions into detailed, production-ready functional and technical blueprints.
• Interfacing extensively as the central technical liaison across internal R&D squads, software architects, corporate executives, and external global financial partners.
• Managing rigorous system integrations, API schemas, and distributed data flows to guarantee smooth ecosystem connectivity.

Requirements-

• 3+ years of proven professional experience in Technical Systems Analysis and Technological Project Management (Mandatory).
• Deep, direct experience practicing Agile methodologies within product-centric development environments (Mandatory).
• Exceptional proficiency in authoring deep functional and technical specification documentation (Mandatory).
• Hands-on technical understanding of modern software integration layers, including REST APIs, web services, and database structures (Mandatory).
• Professional fluency in English with the ability to lead technical discussions and manage ongoing documentation with international entities (Mandatory).
• Prior domain expertise within FinTech, Payment Clearing, Digital Wallets, or Banking systems is a highly significant advantage.
