Software QA Engineer & Technical Support Specialist

📍 Yokneam, Israel | Medical Devices

We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer with a strong customer-oriented mindset to join our team.

This is a unique role combining hands-on QA and technical support, working across Desktop, Web, and Mobile applications in the medical domain.

If you enjoy digging into complex systems, solving real customer issues, and making a direct impact on product quality this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Perform manual testing across Desktop, Web, and Mobile platforms
• Design and execute test plans, test cases, and scenarios
• Develop and maintain test automation
• Investigate, track, and manage bugs (Azure DevOps / TFS)
• Work with databases (SQL) for validation and troubleshooting
• Provide technical support to customers, including remote sessions
• Connect to customer environments to analyze and resolve real-world issues
• Collaborate closely with R&D, product, and support teams

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in QA (manual testing required)
• Experience with test automation
• Strong SQL and database skills
• Experience with Client/Server systems
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps / TFS (or similar tools)
• Solid understanding of Windows, Android, and iOS

Nice to have:

• Experience in medical devices or regulated environments
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills in English
