We are looking for an experienced Campaign Manager and Data Analyst to manage the company’s digital media operations.

The role combines hands-on campaign management across leading digital platforms, alongside performance analysis, insight generation, and driving continuous improvement in the company’s digital marketing results.

Responsibilities:

Hands-on Digital Media Management:

Setup, management, and optimization of paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok
Managing media budgets and allocating them across platforms according to objectives
Audience segmentation and adapting messaging and creatives for each target audience
Daily monitoring of campaign performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
Meeting ROAS targets and driving growth in business KPIs

Requirements:

At least 1.5 years of hands-on experience managing digital campaigns – חובה
Full proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads – חובה
Proven experience leading campaigns with ROAS objectives
Full proficiency in GA4 and digital analytics tools
Very high proficiency in Excel
Analytical thinking, ability to draw conclusions, and present data clearly
Ability to work independently alongside teamwork, with high attention to detail and organization
