Social Media Manager

Dr. Fischer is looking for a Social Media Manager to lead the company’s social and digital presence.

The role includes building and executing the company’s social media and digital strategy, while managing ongoing campaigns and digital assets across multiple platforms.

This position is a maternity leave replacement, with potential future integration into the Marketing Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s social media and digital strategy
• Plan and manage collaborations with influencers and content creators
• Build and manage monthly social media content calendars
• Work closely with the E-commerce Department on ongoing digital activities
• Write marketing and social media content tailored to different target audiences
• Plan, produce, and accompany photo and video shoot days
• Lead market research initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2 years of experience in digital marketing and content roles – preferably within consumer goods / FMCG companies or leading advertising agencies
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent multitasking, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and drive processes independently
• Fast learner with creativity and strong written communication skills
