🚀 Redler Technologies is Hiring – Supply Chain & Operation Manager
Redler Technologies is a growing technology company specializing in advanced motor control systems, smart energy management solutions, and protection devices for the defence and industrial markets.
We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain& Operation Manager to lead our manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and quality activities while driving operational excellence across the organization.
📍 Location: Kfar Saba, Israel
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead manufacturing, procurement, logistics, quality, and supply chain operations
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers in Israel and abroad
• Oversee production planning, delivery schedules, quality, and cost targets
• Work closely with R&D and Engineering teams to support production and NPI activities
• Drive process improvements, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and cross-functional projects
Requirements:
• 7–10 years of experience managing operations, manufacturing, or supply chain functions in a technology company
• Hands-on experience in hardware/software product development and manufacturing environments
• Proven experience managing procurement, logistics, quality, production planning, and subcontractors
• Strong technical background; experience in defence or aerospace industries is an advantage
• Experience with Priority ERP – mandatory
• Excellent English skills
• Strong negotiation, supplier management, and contract management capabilities
