Social Media Manager & Content Creator

📍 Full-Time | On-Site | Tel Aviv

Market Blend is looking for a talented Social Media Manager to join our team and lead social media activity for a portfolio of premium brands across real estate, design, technology, finance, and lifestyle.

We’re looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, someone who can create, shoot, edit, write, and bring ideas to life independently.

Responsibilities

• Managing social media accounts across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms

• Planning and executing monthly content calendars

• Creating engaging content aligned with each brand’s strategy and voice

• Filming and producing high-quality video content for social media

• Editing short-form videos, reels, stories, and social assets

• Writing compelling content in both Hebrew and English

• Covering events, client visits, interviews, and special projects

• Monitoring trends and identifying new content opportunities

• Working closely with strategy, design, and client management teams

Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media for brands

• Excellent video shooting and editing skills, mandatory

• Outstanding Hebrew writing skills, mandatory

• Native-level or fluent English writing skills, mandatory

• Strong visual eye and understanding of premium brand aesthetics

• Experience with Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Meta platforms

• Self-motivated, independent, highly organized, and detail-oriented

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work full-time from our Tel Aviv office, mandatory
