💼 What does the role include?

🔹 Managing and leading implementation, development, and architecture teams within the Salesforce domain.

Full delivery ownership over major, high-impact CRM projects.

🔹 Working directly with executive management and key decision-makers in the public sector.

🔹 Leading Pre-Sale processes and driving government/public tenders.

🔹 Building work infrastructures, methodologies, and managing resource allocation and workloads.

🔹 Developing and expanding business operations within the CRM domain for the public sector.

🎯 Role Requirements

✔️ Proven experience leading Salesforce operations/departments.

✔️ Experience managing teams (minimum of 30 people) and leading complex projects.

✔️ Experience working with Enterprise clients or the public sector – A significant advantage.
