Tax Manager

Our team of experts provides focused advice on Israeli and international tax matters and supports companies with respect to all related aspects. The department is led by top-tier professionals with extensive and diverse prior experience.

The job involves:

• Ongoing support for companies and individuals on Israeli and international tax issues, including representation in tax assessment proceedings, obtaining pre-rulings and approvals from the Israel Tax Authority, and providing tax opinions.
• Support in local or cross-border transactions—tax due diligence, assistance with the tax implications of the transaction structure—taking a holistic view of all local and international tax aspects and consequences.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting — required.
• Degree in Law — an advantage.
• High level of English — required.
• 6-7 years of experience in tax — required.
• Experience from large accounting and/or law firms — an advantage.
