Reports to: VP Finance

Location: Afek Industrial Park, Rosh Ha'Ayin

Tax Manager

What will you do? 

• Lead the Company's global tax function, including tax compliance, reporting, tax accounting and tax governance.
• Develop and implement the Group's global tax strategy, while ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.
• Manage quarterly and annual tax provisions under US GAAP (ASC 740).
• Oversee transfer pricing policies, intercompany arrangements and supporting documentation.
• Provide tax support for international operations, business initiatives, reorganizations and strategic projects.
• Monitor global tax developments, including OECD Pillar Two, and assess their impact on the Group.
• Lead tax audits and manage relationships with external tax advisors.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Treasury and HR on tax-related matters.
• Drive continuous improvement of tax processes, controls and governance across the Group.

What should you have? 

• CPA.
• 5+ years of experience in Israeli and international taxation.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP tax accounting (ASC 740), transfer pricing and multinational tax matters.
• Experience in a global company and/or a Big 4 accounting firm.
• Strong analytical, communication and project management skills.
• Fluent English.
