About the Rol

We are looking for a hands-on HR Business Partner to join our HR team and provide day-to-day support to managers and employees across the organization

.This role focuses on operational HR activities, employee support, people processes, and maintaining a positive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle

Responsibilities

Provide ongoing day-to-day HR support to employees and managers
Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee experience, performance processes, and offboarding
Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
Support employee wellbeing, engagement activities, and company events
Work closely with recruitment and other HR team members to ensure smooth HR operations
Identify day-to-day organizational needs and provide practical HR solutions
