Datamint is scaling and we are looking for a Sales Director who is ready to be hands-on and own the pipeline, drive deals, and grow revenue as we scale.
The Role
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Director to take full ownership of our revenue growth. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role where you will inherit direct sales responsibility from the CEO and be accountable for outcomes from day one.
The mission is straightforward: significantly grow revenue and establish the foundation of a high-performing sales organization.
As you demonstrate consistent results, you will have the opportunity to build and lead the sales team around you.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification through negotiation and close
- Drive new customer acquisition among Israeli SMBs
- Build and maintain a strong, well-managed pipeline with a clear focus on closing revenue
- Develop and continuously improve sales processes, messaging, and playbooks
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and R&D team to win deals and ensure successful onboarding
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
Requirements
- Proven track record in B2B sales in the Israeli market
- Demonstrated ability to own the full sales cycle and close high-value, complex deals
- Previous experience in a sales leadership, partnership, or senior individual contributor role
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Fluent in Hebrew and English

- Proven experience in B2B sales within fintech, SaaS, or financial services; prior experience in a startup or early-stage environment is a strong advantage
- You bring a clear point of view on how to win and you act on it without being asked

- Experience selling across multiple industries or market segments is a significant advantage
