Data Development Team Lead | Petah Tikva
Mertens Malam Team is hiring a Data Development Team Lead for a financial organization in Petah Tikva.
This is an opportunity to lead a data development team in the elementary insurance and actuarial domains, managing end-to-end delivery in a large-scale Enterprise environment.
Responsibilities:
Lead a data development team in the elementary insurance and actuarial domains
Manage a team that includes System Analysts, ETL/SQL Developers, and BI Developers
Lead full end-to-end delivery across data and BI initiatives
Oversee professional quality control of deliverables
Manage employees end to end, including task allocation, guidance, follow-up, and performance management
Implement work processes and Agile methodologies in an Enterprise environment
Work with Informatica, SQL, Oracle, Tableau, Business Objects, Jira, and AWS
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience managing Data / BI / ETL development teams
Significant experience leading end-to-end delivery in Data and BI environments
Experience working with Oracle and writing advanced SQL
Experience working with Jira for task management, tracking, and documentation
Familiarity with Informatica, Tableau, and Business Objects is a significant advantage
