Planning & Delivery Lead

The successful candidate will be a sharp, commercially aware supply chain professional who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution - with a proven track record across complex, multi-site global supply chains.

This person brings genuine commercial instincts alongside operational depth: negotiating capacity with contract manufacturers one day, driving a shortage escalation with a senior PM the next. A natural process builder who treats inefficiency as a personal challenge and sees automation as a competitive edge.

Data-driven, ERP-proficient, and energized by AI - this is someone who takes ownership of a critical function and builds it to scale.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Leading company S&OP

• Own and evolve the end-to-end order management process - spanning direct and indirect sales flows, ELA partner agreements, and the operational complexity that comes with each
• Work in close partnership with Sales Ops to translate commercial commitments into executable supply plans - ensuring the operation keeps pace with a dynamic, fast-changing deal environment
• Manage the realities of electronic components supply long lead items, chronic shortages, and supplier unpredictability - building buffers, triggers, and escalation paths that minimize business impact
• Lead a monthly SOP review with senior management - presenting supply chain status, flagging risks, and securing budget approvals required to initiate procurement actions
• Build, maintain, and evolve SOPs that turn complex, multi-variable processes into scalable, documented workflows - accessible to the team, not locked in someone's head
• Proactively identify automation and AI-driven opportunities and lead to their implementation - reducing manual friction and freeing capacity for higher-value work

Demand & Supply Planning

• Own the end-to-end supply continuity strategy - safety stock policies across all production centers, supplier liability agreements, consignment and third-party held inventory, and BCP protocols that ensure the business absorbs supply shocks without disruption
• Drive inventory health across the full lifecycle: MOI targets, slow-moving and dead stock management, active inventory availability for open orders, and replenishment triggers that get ahead of shortages
• Own Forecast Accuracy (FC Accuracy) in close partnership with Sales - bridging commercial projections and supplying reality, holding both sides accountable to a shared plan
• Own supply chain KPI reporting on a quarterly basis - presenting trends, gaps, and corrective action plans to senior management
• Manage order processing flow and handle operational issues - ensuring accuracy, timing, and resolution of exceptions
• Drive end-to-end delivery execution across global markets - acting as the operational hub between PMs, Sales, Finance, and Tech to manage priorities, lead shortage escalations, and ensure 100% material availability.

Contract Manufacturers

• Manage day-to-day operational and commercial relationships with production contract manufacturers in the UK and USA
• Hold contract manufacturers accountable to SLAs, quality standards, and capacity commitments
• Handle commercial conversations - pricing, scope changes, performance - alongside the operational work

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years in supply chain, operations, or manufacturing
• Familiarity with automation tools and AI-assisted workflows
• Proven subcontractor or vendor management experience - operationally and commercially
• Strong proficiency in Priority and Salesforce – Advantage
• Experience with data-driven reporting and KPI management
• Fluent Hebrew and English
• Experience working in a global, multi-site environment – advantage
