Software Engineer

Position Overview -

• Principal / Staff Full-Stack Engineer stepping into a senior technical leadership role to dictate the next architectural evolution of a high-traffic, global e-commerce platform.
• Delivering high-performance, resilient features across the complete software lifecycle using a modern JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystem (Node.js and React/Next.js).
• Owning the end-to-end architecture, migration, and production deployment of distributed Microservices and cloud-native systems.
• Driving major technical initiatives and organizational changes, aligning cross-functional engineering squads with cutting-edge development paradigms.
• Experimenting with and embedding advanced AI development tools and generative workflows to future-proof core system capabilities and engineering velocity.
• Engineering & Tooling Stack- Node.js, React, Next.js, Microservices Architecture, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS / GCP), Production Observability, System Design, AI Coding Assistants, and Agile Delivery.

Requirements -

• 10+ years of proven, hands-on professional experience in Full-Stack Software Engineering within high-scale product companies (Mandatory).
• Comprehensive, authoritative technical mastery of Node.js for backend systems and React for web applications—with a distinct professional advantage for Next.js expertise (Mandatory).
• Extensive, direct career track record of architecting, deploying, and operating complex Microservices within high-volume production environments (Mandatory).
• Proven practical experience designing, launching, and managing infrastructure within premier public clouds like AWS or GCP (Mandatory).
• Demonstrated technical leadership experience, with a proven ability to head complex architectural initiatives and inspire structural engineering shifts across an organization.
• High professional autonomy and ownership, with an entrepreneurial startup mindset focused on high-velocity execution and tangible product results.
• Excellent cross-team collaboration and communication skills, with a passionate drive to continuously learn and integrate modern AI-assisted engineering tools.
