We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our Team – someone passionate about building high-quality software and eager to work on innovative, large-scale systems in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

About The Role

We're looking for a Principal Engineer to join our R&D team — someone who treats AI as a core building block — not a feature layer. This is a hands-on role for an engineer who uses AI tools daily, thinks in AI-native patterns, and helps

shape how we build intelligent products.

You'll work closely with the Tech Lead and product team, drive technical direction, and raise the engineering bar for the team around you.

Influence product and engineering strategy beyond immediate team

What You'll Do

• Design and build features across the full stack with an AI-first mindset — LLM integration, agentic workflows, and intelligent automation are first-class concerns
• Own and drive technical decisions across your domain— define patterns, write ADRs, set standards
• Leverage AI-assisted development as a default way of working (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) as a core part of your workflow — not occasionally, fluently
• Identify and address architectural risks before they become incidents
• Translate product and business requirements into solid technical solutions
• Conduct code reviews that teach and elevate — you care about the why
• Support and mentor junior and mid developers through design reviews, pair programming, and direct feedback
• Drive engineering quality: CI/CD, testing strategy, security posture, observability
  
  

• 6+ years of full stack development experience, with demonstrated senior-level impact (Node.js / TypeScript / React)
• Hands-on experience integrating LLMs or AI models into production products (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar)
• Strong instinct for where AI adds real leverage vs. where it adds noise
• rack record of leading technical projects end-to-end — not just executing tickets
• Strong product sense — understands user impact, not just implementation
• Cloud-native experience (GCP preferred; Kubernetes, Docker)
• Strong system design skills — you articulate trade-offs and choose deliberately
• PostgreSQL or similar relational DB experience
• A natural collaborator who makes the people around them better
  
  

• Experience building agentic or autonomous systems (multi-step reasoning, tool use, orchestration)
• Familiarity with AI observability, eval pipelines, or model quality tracking
• Infrastructure-as-code experience (Terraform)
• Prior work in a startup or scale-up where you wore multiple hats
