A global company in Rosh HaAyin is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment and partner closely with hiring managers.
Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruitment from role definition to hiring and onboarding
Advise and partner with hiring managers throughout the process
Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and manage a positive candidate experience
Lead offer management, including salary negotiations and contract closure
Use advanced sourcing tools and continuously improve recruitment processes
Requirements
Proven end-to-end recruitment experience (in-house advantage)
Experience working with hiring managers and multiple stakeholders
Strong communication, ownership, and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
Experience with ATS and sourcing tools
