Frontend Team Leader

An established, highly profitable global technology company that specializes in engineering high-scale, fully regulated online gaming and digital entertainment platforms.

The company is located in Tel Aviv (exceptionally accessible, situated in a prime location directly on the light rail line) and operates on a hybrid model allowing for one day of remote work per week.

Position Overview-

• Frontend Tech Lead stepping into a high-impact role to drive the technical direction of a dedicated client-side engineering squad while reporting directly to the R&D Team Lead.
• Acting as the primary technical authority for complex front-end architectures, steering framework selections, and ensuring cross-platform optimization.
• Guiding design reviews, conducting rigorous code reviews, and continuously elevating engineering workflows and delivery standards across the team.
• Writing performance-critical, pixel-perfect user interfaces primarily utilizing Vue.js and React, alongside light integration touchpoints with the Node.js server layer.

Key Responsibilities-

• Architecting and scaling complex, responsive web interfaces capable of rendering dynamic, real-time gaming data under low-latency constraints.
• Enforcing strict code quality baselines and modern development methodologies within the frontend division.
• Translating high-level product specifications and graphic layouts into modular, reusable component systems.
• Optimizing application loading times, asset delivery, and overall browser runtime performance across varying devices and network speeds.

Requirements-

• 6+ years of experience with Frontend development (Mandatory).
• Strong, production-grade development mastery utilizing Vue.js OR React (Mandatory).
• Deep technical command over structural layouts and modern web design standards utilizing HTML5 and CSS (Mandatory).
• Experience or background in technical leadership, mentoring junior peers, or leading complex frontend architecture features.
• Prior practical exposure to Node.js backend environments is a distinct professional advantage
