Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Customer Support Specialist, based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Customer Support Specialist will respond to customer inquiries through multiple channels, including email, chat, and phone, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions. The role includes providing technical support for the platform, guiding customers through product features, and troubleshooting common issues.

Day-to-day work also involves monitoring customer satisfaction, escalating complex cases when needed, and contributing to internal knowledge bases and support documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Support experience with a proven focus on Customer Satisfaction.
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills, including clear communication, empathy, and active listening.
