Data Team Lead – Dun & Bradstreet Israel

Dun & Bradstreet is the world's largest and leading provider of business information.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Managing 2–3 data analysts, including their training and professional development.
2. Collecting, analyzing, and processing data from the company’s systems and databases.
3. Building reports and dashboards in Excel and Tableau.
4. Collaborating with sales, marketing, customer service, analytics, and data operations teams, as well as interfacing with senior stakeholders.
5. Managing the relationship with the overseas data unit.
6. Monitoring data quality and ensuring data reliability.
7. Reporting directly to VP Data.

Requirements:

Must-have:

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Industrial Engineering & Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in business data analysis.
• Full proficiency in SQL, including complex queries across multiple large-scale databases.
• Experience with Power BI / Tableau / Advanced Excel.
• Managerial experience and/or project management experience.
• Ability to analyze quantitative data and draw actionable business conclusions.
• Strong business acumen and ability to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• High level of English.

Advantage:

• Experience with AI tools and automation – a significant advantage.
• Knowledge of Python for advanced analysis.
