We are looking for a charismatic Content Creator & Social Media Lead - someone who understands social media, writes naturally in English, knows what makes content perform, and can turn ideas into engaging, marketing-driven assets across multiple channels.

About the Role

You will take full ownership of Variscite’s content process - from brainstorming ideas to writing, filming, creating visuals, and publishing.

You will work on a wide range of formats, including short-form videos, tutorials, social posts, banners, microcopy, product descriptions, and blog articles. You will also manage the content calendar, identify relevant market trends, engage with online communities, and help strengthen Variscite’s brand across digital platforms.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves creating, understands what works on social media, and can move quickly from idea to execution.

What You’ll Do

• Own the full content creation process, from ideation to execution.
• Develop marketing-oriented content for different formats and channels, including short videos, tutorials, social posts, banners, newsletters, microcopy, product descriptions, and blog articles.
• Manage Variscite’s content calendar across social media and digital platforms.
• Grow and engage our community by responding to comments, joining relevant conversations across the web, and building relationships with our audience.
• Conduct ongoing competitor research, spot market trends and quickly translate them into timely, relevant content.
• Work confidently with a camera and independently produce video content.
• Create visual assets independently while collaborating with designers, editors, and other creative suppliers when needed.
• Support the marketing and sales teams with creative ideas, copy, and content assets.

Must-Haves

• A degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. Final-year students are also welcome to apply.
• Experience creating content for B2B companies, or proven hands-on experience producing similar types of content.
• Native-level English with the ability to write clear, engaging, marketing-oriented copy in English.
• Strong understanding of social media.
• Confidence working with a camera and creating video content.
• Strong visual sense and understanding of aesthetics.
• Daily use of AI tools and a willingness to experiment with new tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
