Team Lead (.NET Core / Angular / Cloud)

Amital Data is looking for a Development Team Lead to lead the design and development of a new system built from scratch, with responsibility for architecture, development, and end-to-end technology leadership.

Responsibilities

Ø Lead and mentor a development team both professionally and managerially.

Ø Take full ownership of designing and building a new system from requirements through production deployment.

Ø Remain hands-on in development while leading the team and driving technology decisions.

Ø Lead end-to-end development processes including Design, Development, Testing, and Delivery.

Ø Establish application infrastructure and engineering standards.

Ø Work closely with Product, Architecture, and business stakeholders.

Mandatory Requirements

Ø 5+ years of software development experience.

Ø 2–3 years of experience leading development teams.

Ø Strong backend development experience with .NET Core / ASP.NET Core.

Ø Experience in frontend development using Angular (experience with advanced versions is an advantage).

Ø Experience working with SQL Server and MongoDB.

Ø Experience developing and working in Azure environments.

Ø Experience with Kafka and Messaging / Event-Driven Architecture solutions.

Ø Experience designing and building application infrastructure.

Ø Experience building greenfield systems from scratch.

Ø Proven experience leading end-to-end technology delivery.
