Who We’re Looking ForWe are seeking a passionate, high-energy self-starter eager to kickstart their career in tech sales. If you are a driven team player who loves to learn, thrives in an office environment, and wants to grow into a cloud expert, you'll fit right in.
What You’ll Be Spending Your Time On- Lead Generation & Enrichment: Conducting cold and hot calls, alongside targeted email sequences, to generate new sales opportunities.
- Account Research: Understanding our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and conducting deep company and industry research to identify key targets.
- Multi-Channel Nurturing: Collaborating with marketing to develop outbound calling, emailing, and event strategies that convert leads into opportunities.
- Setting the Stage: Scheduling qualified meetings for our sales representatives and aligning closely with the sales team.
- Executive Interaction: Presenting AWS and cloud solutions, and participating in demo/pitch sessions with C-level and VP-level executives.
- CRM Management: Creating leads, tracking opportunities, and building reports in HubSpot in collaboration with the AWS team.
- Deal Strategy: Partnering with Account Executives on account strategy, messaging, and qualification criteria during early deal stages.
- Continuous Growth: Learning the ins and outs of cloud technology to evolve alongside the role and the company.
- Educational Background: Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Tech Sales Exposure: Bring 1–2 years of experience in direct sales or telemarketing within the technology sector (cloud/hosting or professional services is a huge plus).
- Cloud Familiarity: Possess a foundational knowledge of cloud infrastructure or hold an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification (both are major advantages!).
- CRM Experience: Worked with CRMs before, with a strong preference for HubSpot.
- Bilingual Communication: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
- Customer Empathy: Ability to truly understand and connect with potential customers regarding their unique business challenges.
- Adaptable & Driven: Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Growth Mindset: Bring a positive attitude, a passion for technology, and an absolute willingness to learn and accept mentorship.
- Office Presence: Ready and excited to work directly from our office to collaborate, learn fast, and build team synergy.
