Senior Full-stack Developer - AI System - position no. 1635

We're building AI-powered systems that help financial advisors and insurance agents make their data work for them, turning raw information into self-driving Digital Workers and intelligent agents. This isn't about demos or hype. You'll own real production features end-to-end and help define how humans and AI agents work together.

Responsibilities:

• Build scalable, production-grade backend systems with Node.js / NestJS
• Develop product features end-to-end with React and TypeScript
• Design and own APIs, integrations, and structured & unstructured data workflows
• Build and improve AI flows, automations, and RAG systems that power real financial use cases
• Ship fast – without compromising on quality, security, or reliability

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Full-stack experience with strong Node.js backend skills and React + TypeScript
• Proven experience building production-grade AI systems with RAG, vector DB , and working with large-scale structured & unstructured data
• Hands-on experience integrating LLMs or ML models into real production workflows
• Deep experience with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, agentic coding workflows) as part of everyday development
• Someone who owns problems end-to-end and thrives in environments where the architecture is still being defined

Bonus:

• Experience with NestJS and MongoDB
• Familiarity with AWS environments (e.g., Bedrock, AgentCore)
• Experience with agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain / Lang Graph, CrewAI, Mastra)
• Background in fintech, complex systems, or highly regulated environments
