Senior Mechanical Engineer for a global leader in advanced laser-based equipment for the Photovoltaic and Semiconductor industries. This is a highly rewarding and hybrid (two days a week from home) full-time position in Yavne.

Job Responsibilities:

●Lead mechanical conceptualization to ensure the system architecture meets optical and

mechanical performance requirements, from early concept through full integration.

●Design, integrate, and test high-stability optical mounts for laser sources, mirrors, scanners,

lenses, cameras, and other optical components - ensuring sub-micron stability and repeatability.

●Own the design, integration, and hands-on testing of high-accuracy mechanical systems and

sub-micron precision stages.

●Develop and implement optical and mechanical alignment protocols, leveling procedures, and

specialized jigs to ensure system accuracy across production and field environments.

Job Requirements:

● B.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering.

●5+ years in high-performance multidisciplinary systems (Semiconductor, Metrology, or

Aerospace).

●Proven expertise in design of high-stability optical architectures and high-accuracy micro-

mechanical modules.

● Expert in SolidWorks.

● Ability to work across disciplines with Optical, Software, Electrical and System Engineers.

● Ability to work independently on relevant mechanical tasks.

● Strong hands-on skills for integrating, aligning and testing high-performance mechanical

systems.

●Willingness to travel to China to collaborate with headquarters engineering teams.

● Proficient English - both written and spoken.

●Proficiency in SolidWorks/Creo and advanced simulation (Ansys/COMSOL) for thermal and

modal analysis - an advantage.
