We’re Hiring: A leading technology company operating in a highly data-driven environment is looking for a Lead BI Data Analyst to join a key and impactful role within the organization.

This is an opportunity to take full ownership of the company’s business analytics and BI domain, lead cross-functional initiatives, and directly influence strategic decision-making.

We are looking for a highly analytical, business-oriented, and hands-on professional who knows how to transform complex data into clear, actionable, and valuable business insights.

• Own end-to-end business analytics and BI across the organization
• Perform deep analytical work on product, user, sales, and operational data
• Translate business needs into structured analysis and actionable insights
• Define, build, and maintain core business KPIs
• Build and maintain business data models
• Develop dashboards and reports for leadership and business teams
• Monitor business metrics, identify trends and anomalies, and proactively surface insights
• Work closely with leadership, product, finance, and operations teams
• Improve data quality, consistency, and reliability across the organization
• Utilize AI tools to generate advanced business insights

• 6+ years of experience in BI / Analytics / Data roles
• Proven experience performing meaningful business analysis
• Strong SQL skills
• Hands-on experience working with Data Warehouses
• Experience building business data models
• Ability to work independently and lead initiatives end-to-end
• Strong business mindset and excellent communication skills

• Experience with Looker
• Python for data analysis
• Experience in startup or highly data-driven environments
• Experience as a first or early Data hire
• Experience working directly with senior leadership
• Familiarity with:
• dbt
• Airflow
• Redshift
• AWS
• Power BI
• Tableau
