The Role

We are looking for a Social Media Manager & Content Creator who lives at the intersection of strategy and creative execution. This is a role for a creator who understands data, lives on the feed, and knows how to translate business objectives into viral, high-impact content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full Channel Management: Leading the social presence (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) for a diverse range of premier clients .
• End-to-End Content Creation: Conceptualizing, shooting, and editing high-performance short-form video (Reels/TikTok).
• Editing Mastery: Expert-level execution using CapCut and other advanced mobile/desktop editing suites.
• AI Integration: Leveraging AI tools for video and image generation to maintain a cutting-edge creative edge.

• Strategic Growth: Working closely with our Strategy and Data teams to ensure content drives real business results.

Copywriting: Crafting sharp, persuasive, and platform-specific copy.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years in a social media or advertising agency setting—Must.
• Video Production: Proven expertise in CapCut and mobile content creation.
• AI Savvy: Hands-on experience with AI-driven creative tools—Significant Advantage.

• Marketing Foundation: A deep understanding of branding, media, and digital strategy .
• Team Collaboration: A true team player ready to work in a fast-paced, high-energy Tel Aviv office.
• Languages: Native-level Hebrew; professional-level English.
