A leading transportation company is recruiting a Finance Manager

The role includes:

Budget construction and management: Planning the company's annual budget, dividing it by departments (operations, transportation, headquarters, production) and close monthly monitoring of planned versus executed.

Control and analysis of exceptions: Identify financial exceptions in real time (fuel, spare parts, purchasing) and alert the CEO, along with analyzing the profitability of working days (income versus expenses).

Management of the accounting and payroll system: Direct management of the department team (2 employees), supervision of cash flows, suppliers, collection, and strict control of the drivers' payroll accounts.

Relevant academic degree in economics or accounting - mandatory

Proven practical experience (at least 3 years) in building, managing, and controlling a budget in an operational/logistics/industrial company - mandatory

Previous experience in managing a team of employees (accountants / payroll accountants) - mandatory

Very high level of proficiency in Excel and experience working with financial, ERP, and payroll systems - mandatory
