SAP SuccessFactors Project Lead | Lod | Government Organization

Mertens Malam Team is hiring an SAP SuccessFactors Project Lead for a government organization in Lod.

This is an opportunity to lead an end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors project, manage a key module, and drive implementation across a large-scale organizational environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage a module within the SAP SuccessFactors system
Gather business needs and translate them into system requirements
Define and document business processes
Lead the project end-to-end, from initial analysis through full field implementation
Work with SAP SuccessFactors, HR, systems analysis, and business process methodologies
Collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders
Lead matrix-based work teams
Travel to organizational centers across Israel as part of the role

Requirements:

4+ years of experience managing technology projects
Experience in HR systems analysis and business process definition
Experience leading matrix-based work teams
Experience implementing and managing SAP SuccessFactors projects is a significant advantage
