Mertens Malam Team is hiring a Tier 1 Technical Support Specialist for a high-tech organization in Rosh HaAyin.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for an ERP system
• Handle service tickets and support requests
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues in POS and cash register systems
• Work with computers, tablets, and smartphones
• Manage technical issues end-to-end until full resolution
• Work as part of a 24/7 technology support center
• Participate in comprehensive professional training

Requirements:

• Student in Industrial Engineering and Management, Computer Science, or Information Systems
• Availability for shift work during weekdays and weekends
• Strong technical skills and troubleshooting capabilities
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment while providing high-quality service
• Independent learning ability and quick adoption of technological systems
