Mertens Malam Team is hiring a Tier 1 Technical Support Specialist for a high-tech organization in Rosh HaAyin.
This is an opportunity to join a 24/7 technology support center, support ERP systems, and receive comprehensive professional training.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for an ERP system
- Handle service tickets and support requests
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues in POS and cash register systems
- Work with computers, tablets, and smartphones
- Manage technical issues end-to-end until full resolution
- Work as part of a 24/7 technology support center
- Participate in comprehensive professional training
Requirements:
- Student in Industrial Engineering and Management, Computer Science, or Information Systems
- Availability for shift work during weekdays and weekends
- Strong technical skills and troubleshooting capabilities
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment while providing high-quality service
- Independent learning ability and quick adoption of technological systems
