Affiliate Manager

Description

We’re looking for a data-driven and creative Affiliate Manager to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for expanding and managing relationships with affiliates, influencers, and content creators while launching high-impact campaigns across various platforms. You'll explore new growth channels, analyze performance data, and play a critical role in building our brand visibility.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with affiliates and new media partners
• Oversee performance via in-house programs and affiliate networks such as Awin, Adcell, etc.
• Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and handle invoices
• Set up and maintain technical integrations and tracking systems
• Launch and optimize affiliate and influencer campaigns across multiple channels
• Monitor daily performance and optimize campaigns to meet KPIs (CVR, CAC, CPA, etc.)
• Collaborate with designers and content writers to create briefs and marketing materials
• Explore and test new advertising channels (TV, radio, B2B, conferences, OOH, CPC media buying)
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends and new opportunities
• Analyze performance data using tools like Tableau, Mixpanel, Similarweb, and affiliate tracking platforms
• Use AI tools to improve efficiency and scale campaigns
• Coordinate publications in leading industry magazines and journals
  
  

• 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or affiliate management
• Experience working in regulated industries such as healthcare, fintech, insurance, or similar regulated environments
• Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms (e.g., Awin, Adcell)
• Strong negotiation, budget management, and partnership-building skills
• Experience managing performance-based campaigns (CVR, CAC, CPA, ROI)
• Analytical skills with proficiency in marketing analytics tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
• Strategic thinker with a creative and data-driven approach
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Fluent in German (written and spoken) - Advantage
