A leading international company is seeking a senior and strategic Finance Director to lead the finance function for its Israel branch. This is a high-impact leadership role combining both CFO and COO responsibilities.
The role serves as a key business partner to company leadership and business unit managers, with strong involvement in business operations and decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all financial operations of the company in Israel.
- Provide business support and strategic guidance to business unit managers.
- Build and oversee budgets, forecasts, and management reports.
- Work closely with international headquarters.
- Lead operational processes and performance improvement initiatives.
- Oversee financial controls and operational workflows.
Requirements
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – mandatory
- Experience working in a global/international company
- Proven experience in a senior finance role with strong business orientation
- Experience supporting and partnering with business activities and senior managers
- Strong business acumen and ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Fluent/high-level English – mandatory
- Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills
