Finance Director / Country Finance Lead – Israel Branch of a Global Corporation

A leading international company is seeking a senior and strategic Finance Director to lead the finance function for its Israel branch. This is a high-impact leadership role combining both CFO and COO responsibilities.

The role serves as a key business partner to company leadership and business unit managers, with strong involvement in business operations and decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all financial operations of the company in Israel.
• Provide business support and strategic guidance to business unit managers.
• Build and oversee budgets, forecasts, and management reports.
• Work closely with international headquarters.
• Lead operational processes and performance improvement initiatives.
• Oversee financial controls and operational workflows.

Requirements

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – mandatory
• Experience working in a global/international company
• Proven experience in a senior finance role with strong business orientation
• Experience supporting and partnering with business activities and senior managers
• Strong business acumen and ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Fluent/high-level English – mandatory
• Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills
