Business Intelligence Analyst

We are looking for a brilliant BI Analyst who knows how to transform complex data into smart business insights, identify real-time opportunities, and develop end-to-end dashboards that drive strategic decisions.

What does the role include?

• Data Exploration & Analysis: Perform deep-dive research to identify trends, anomalies, and complex business insights, while working closely with business stakeholders.
• Strategic Partnership: Take part in shaping the company’s strategic thinking and bringing tangible value through data.
• Requirements Definition: Partner with business interfaces to understand their needs and characterize technical requirements for the development teams.
• Dashboard Development: Design and build interactive Power BI dashboards that make data accessible and actionable for decision-makers.
• Database Management: Write complex queries and perform advanced data manipulations.

Requirements

• Professional Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a BI Analyst or Data Analyst – Must.
• MS-SQL Mastery: Proven experience writing complex queries against large-scale databases – Must.
• Power BI Proficiency: Rich experience in dashboard development – Must.
• Databases: Deep understanding of database structures.
• Communication Skills: Strong ability to present data and insights to senior executives.
