Head of Information Technology

We are a fast-growing, innovative startup looking for a Head Of IT to lead and scale our global IT operations. This is a key role responsible for managing a team while owning the entire IT domain across multiple locations worldwide.

What you’ll do:

• Lead, mentor, and grow a small IT team, fostering a high-performance and service-oriented culture
• Own end-to-end global IT operations, supporting multiple sites and remote employees across different regions
• Design and implement scalable IT processes, policies, and best practices across the organization
• Manage corporate IT environments (endpoints, SaaS applications, identity & access management)
• Ensure high availability, security, and performance of all IT systems globally
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business needs and enable growth
• Oversee global onboarding/offboarding processes and employee IT experience
• Manage vendors, budgets, and procurement processes across different regions

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in IT, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Hands-on approach with strong technical expertise across IT infrastructure and systems
• Experience managing global IT environments in a fast-paced startup or high-growth company
• Strong knowledge of SaaS ecosystems, cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure), and security best practices
• Proven experience managing IT operations end-to-end across multiple locations
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with global stakeholders
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset

Nice to have:

• Experience implementing IT automation and scaling processes
• Background in cybersecurity or working closely with security teams
• Experience supporting distributed / remote-first teams
