IT Infrastructure & Information Security Manager

Job Description

• A strategic key role in a global Enterprise organization, serving as the number 2 function within the department, the right-hand person and deputy to the department manager.
• The role combines management of broad operations, leadership of technology managers and teams, and a deep technical background for managing complex incidents, cross-organizational projects, and vendors in Israel and abroad.
• Leading the ongoing operations of IT infrastructure and information security, acting as the department manager's deputy, and directly and matrix-managing teams, integrators, and global manufacturers.
• End-to-end responsibility for Data Centers, complex Microsoft environments (Active Directory, Entra ID, M365), and AWS / Hybrid Cloud infrastructure.
• Architecture and management of advanced security and network solutions: LAN/WAN, routing protocols, Firewalls, ZTNA, EDR/XDR, DDoS protection, and IAM.
• Managing emergency incidents (cybersecurity and infrastructure) outside regular working hours, leading strategic cross-organizational projects, and planning procurement and licensing budgets.

Job Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in Infrastructure / IT Operations / Cybersecurity.
• 3–5 years of experience managing teams and managers in a global, multi-site Enterprise environment.
• Proven knowledge and hands-on experience with complex communication networks, network architecture, and routing protocols (such as BGP, OSPF).
• Significant experience in the architecture and management of network security solutions, with an emphasis on resilience and protection against DDoS attacks at the infrastructure and application levels (WAF).
• Deep architectural understanding and the ability to make technical decisions in real time.
• Complementary technological expertise: proven experience with Microsoft environments (Entra ID, M365) and virtualization platforms (VMware/VCF).
• Significant experience with AWS and/or equivalent Public Cloud environments.
• Very high level of English (daily work with international teams).
