Responsibilities:

• Drive Strategy: Lead strategic planning, execution, and optimization of high-budget campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, Taboola, and Outbrain.
• Scale & Optimize: Build and scale complex campaign structures with an absolute focus on ROI and KPI attainment.
• Advanced Tracking: Design and implement advanced measurement frameworks (GA4, GTM, Server-Side tracking, CAPI, and custom attribution setups).
• Data Mastery: Conduct deep data analysis to extract actionable insights, inform optimization roadmaps, and guide media strategy.
• Funnel Engineering: Build and test conversion funnels, execute rigorous A/B testing, and refine audiences based on data patterns.
• AI Integration: Leverage AI and LLM tools to enhance market research, predictive analysis, and automation workflows.
• Collaborate & Communicate: Partner with internal analytics, creative, and client-service teams while presenting performance insights clearly to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing across multiple paid media platforms.
• Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube) and paid social/native channels (Meta, TikTok, Outbrain, Taboola).
• Proven Track Record: Experience managing large-scale budgets and driving measurable growth.
• Technical Chops: Advanced Excel skills, SQL-like mindset, and high familiarity with basic scripting or analytics logic.
• Analytics Expert: Proven experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, pixels, and complex tracking implementations.
• E-commerce Native: Hands-on experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, and ecosystem integrations.
• Future-Ready: Proficiency in using AI/LLM-enabled workflows for day-to-day optimization and reporting.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, multi-tasking capabilities, and fluent English and Hebrew.
