Import Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional customer service and account support to company clients.
• Prepare daily reports for customers including shipment status and ETA updates.
• Identify potential risks or issues in shipments and proactively provide solutions.
• Work closely with Sales and Pricing teams to support business growth and expand department activity.
• Monitor import shipments from order confirmation through delivery, including follow-up on documentation.
• Handle shipment costing and billing, ensuring alignment with quotations, bills of lading, and services provided.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role within a freight forwarding company-mandatory.
• Knowledge of international freight forwarding- mandatory.
• Familiarity with the air and ocean freight import industry.
• Operational experience- a significant advantage.
• Good business English- required (mainly written communication and calls).
• Experience Full proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Working with Unifreight- an advantage
