About us:

Transworld is a global logistics and supply chain company providing international freight forwarding and integrated logistics solutions. With decades of experience and a strong global network, we support our customers with reliable, efficient, and innovative transportation services.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide professional customer service and account support to company clients.
Prepare daily reports for customers including shipment status and ETA updates.
Identify potential risks or issues in shipments and proactively provide solutions.
Work closely with Sales and Pricing teams to support business growth and expand department activity.
Monitor import shipments from order confirmation through delivery, including follow-up on documentation.
Handle shipment costing and billing, ensuring alignment with quotations, bills of lading, and services provided.

Requirements

Previous experience in a similar role within a freight forwarding company-mandatory.
Knowledge of international freight forwarding- mandatory.
Familiarity with the air and ocean freight import industry.
Operational experience- a significant advantage.
Good business English- required (mainly written communication and calls).
Experience Full proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Working with Unifreight- an advantage
