Security Operations Engineer | Full-Time | Fully Remote

We're hiring a SecOps engineer to own day-to-day security operations for one of our strategic clients. This is a hands-on role for someone who thinks in fundamentals, not feature lists.

What you'll do:

Run SOC-as-a-Service operations end-to-end — triage, investigation, escalation, and incident response

Work the MDR layer — hunt through alerts, cut noise, tune detections, and close the loop on findings

Drive MDM proactively — enforce policy, harden endpoints, and respond to drift before it becomes an incident

Own runbooks, post-mortems, and direct communication with the client's team

Who you are:

Proven SOC / MDR / IR experience — vendor side, in-house, or consulting, we don't care

Tool-agnostic mindset. You understand why things work, not just which button to press. You can walk into any EDR, XDR, SIEM, or MDM platform and be productive fast

Excellent English — written and spoken. You'll be in front of the client every day

Genuine passion for cyber — you follow the field, you tinker after hours, you don't wait to be told what's interesting

AI-native or AI-curious — you already weave LLMs into your daily work, or you're hungry to learn how
