Full Stack Team Lead

The company is located in Tel Aviv (train-accessible) and operates on a hybrid model with flexibility for one day of remote work.

Key Responsibilities-

• Building, mentoring, and technically leading a high-performing Full Stack engineering team from the ground up.
• Designing and implementing balanced server-side logic and robust client-side interactive dashboards split equally (50/50) across the technical stack.
• Architecting data-intensive endpoints, scalable web services, and internal APIs to communicate with on-premise hardware deployments.
• Managing software configurations and containerized deployments optimized for highly secure, localized operating environments.
• Establishing high code-quality baselines, reviewing system blueprints, and refining automated continuous deployment loops.
• Tech Stack & Environment Python, React, MongoDB, Linux, Docker, On-Premises Deployments, and Real-Time Systems Architecture.

Requirements-

• 7 years of professional software engineering experience spanning backend development, web applications, or distributed multi-tier environments (Mandatory).
• 3 years of formal management or technical team leadership experience, with a proven history of guiding engineering squads and complex projects (Mandatory).
• Strong, production-grade software development experience specializing in backend architectures utilizing Python alongside database engines like MongoDB (Mandatory).
• Deep structural understanding of designing, building, and profiling highly secure RESTful APIs and web service patterns (Mandatory).
• Demonstrated technical capability to orchestrate complex features from early conceptual stages through validation and live deployment (Mandatory).
• Practical technical familiarity or a development advantage deploying software components within Linux environments or using containerization tools like Docker.
• Exceptional communication, collaborative problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership skills, with a passion for high technical ownership and continuous learning.
