QA Engineer

Position Overview-

• QA Engineer joining an elite, core Quality Assurance guild as the third specialist, working in lockstep with distributed R&D squads.
• Taking end-to-end quality ownership over highly complex Web architectures, multi-layered data interfaces, and high-frequency analytical engines.
• Mapping intricate global trade processing logic and backend data workflows into highly thorough, deterministic test coverage matrices.
• Leading systemic data-validation protocols, interface evaluations, and continuous regression suites to preserve high platform reliability under Agile delivery cadences.
• Collaborating directly with software developers and release engineering teams to guide code changes from inception to live production deployment.

Key Responsibilities-

• Designing, documenting, and executing exhaustive manual verification procedures covering functional requirements, end-to-end business logic, and UI layouts.
• Performing deep relational data validation, writing complex query scripts to audit backend database integrity, and validating large-scale data ingestion streams.
• Mapping and testing backend communication layers, verifying schema formats, and isolating system defects across web service interfaces.
• Tracing and diagnosing software anomalies, generating structured technical defect reports, and documenting bug lifecycles inside internal tracking systems.
• Coordinating with continuous integration (CI) workflows to manage stability checks prior to tactical platform release cycles.
• Technical Domain Exposure Relational Databases, SQL Scripting, Web Applications Testing, API Verification, Agile/Scrum Methodologies, Jira, and Jenkins continuous integration.

Requirements-

• 3 years of professional software quality assurance experience dedicated to validating complex, data-driven systems or web-based enterprise applications (Mandatory).
• Comprehensive hands-on experience and advanced proficiency utilizing SQL to perform deep data investigations, join structures, and database validations (Mandatory).
• Strong technical understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks, continuous regression strategies, and multi-tier software release lifecycles (Mandatory).
• Solid structural experience validating complex cloud-native web applications, client-side behaviors, and browser compatibility layers (Mandatory).
• Practical familiarity or operational experience working with test orchestration, CI tools, and defect management platforms (such as Jenkins and Jira) is a significant professional advantage.
• Exceptional analytical mindset, rigorous attention to minute system details, and a passion for deep exploratory diagnosis.
• Highly collaborative team player with strong self-motivation, high autonomy, and fluent technical communication skills in both English and Hebrew.
• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative technical discipline is an asset.
