*Pama Finance is looking for a Controller*

The role involves managing and leading securitization transactions, analyzing financial data, and supporting managerial financial decision-making within the organization.

The position requires close collaboration with headquarters managers responsible for all financial aspects of the organization, including debt fundraising.

The role reports directly to the Senior CFO of the organization.

Full-time position in Ramat HaHayal (employee parking available).

*Responsibilities:*

- Full responsibility for preparing financial statements and tax reports for the company

- Full responsibility for preparing monthly reports for management and company units

- Supporting and leading complex debt transactions carried out by the company

- Managing employees in the accounting and finance department

- Providing professional support for business processes within the organization

- Conducting financial and data analyses

- Implementing ongoing controls over company data

- Leading processes within the finance department

- Producing internal reports and forecasts

- Serving as the primary point of contact with the company's auditors and external parties

- Cross-functional collaboration with the finance department and other departments across the organization

*Requirements:*

- Certified CPA with Big 5 firm background (at least two years of experience) – mandatory

- At least 5 years of CPA experience (including internship period) – mandatory

- Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) – mandatory

- Advanced Excel proficiency (including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables) – mandatory; experience with Macros – an advantage

- Experience working with financing companies – an advantage

- Experience with publicly traded companies – an advantage

- Managerial experience – an advantage

- Detail-oriented, thorough, and service-minded

- Strong ability to learn independently and work autonomously

- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
