We're looking for a hands-on Controller to join Cycode's Finance team and partner closely with the SVP Finance on financial operations, financial planning & analysis, reporting, and accounting. This is a high-impact role with broad ownership, working as part of a growing finance team.

The Controller will own day-to-day financial operations, budgeting and forecasting, financial reporting, and accounting, while working closely with the Finance team and the SVP Finance.

Responsibilities:

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close end-to-end, including financial and accounting reporting and tax filings, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and audit-readiness.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidated reports.
• Lead day-to-day finance operations, including cash flow management and banking, and strengthen the controls behind them.
• Assist the SVP Finance in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Track key SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, gross margin).
• Own the order-to-cash cycle, including customer invoicing, billing, and collections.
• Own the accounts payable and procure-to-pay process, including invoice review, validation, and approval.
• Own IL, US, and global payroll and benefits operations in partnership with HR and external providers.
• Own U.S. tax compliance end-to-end, including federal and state income tax, sales and use tax, and property tax filings. 
• Partner cross-functionally to design, scale, and automate financial processes and controls as the company grows.
• Lead accounting and finance transformation projects, from systems to processes and automation.

• CPA with Big 4 experience, in a high-tech department – a must.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience as a controller or assistant controller in a global high-tech organization in a growth stage.
• Strong analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and ownership mentality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Hands-on NetSuite experience 
•  Fluent English spoken and written – Must
