Frontend Team Leader

The company is located in Tel Aviv ( train-accessible) and operates on a hybrid model with flexibility for one day of remote work.

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities-

• Leading, mentoring, and scaling an agile engineering team focused on building highly optimized core infrastructure, shared libraries, and monorepos.
• Architecting and implementing decoupled backend orchestration layers and microservices specifically optimized to serve consumer-facing frontend frameworks.
• Engineering performant, component-driven web architectures and advanced build-tooling pipelines to minimize application loading times at a massive scale.
• Designing and monitoring robust asynchronous communication layers, message queues, and low-latency caching systems.
• Driving code-quality standards, modern continuous delivery loops, and structural automation across internal engineering branches.
• Tech Stack- React, Node.js, TypeScript, Webpack, Nx (Monorepo), AWS, Kafka, MongoDB, and Redis.

Requirements-

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience deeply centered on Frontend or Full Stack product architectures (Mandatory).
• 2+ years of formal management or technical team leadership experience, driving agile delivery lifecycles (Mandatory).
• High-level production-grade software development and optimization proficiency utilizing React alongside TypeScript (Mandatory).
• Practical hands-on experience engineering scalable server-side systems, localized APIs, or infrastructure tooling using Node.js (Mandatory).
• Solid structural understanding of advanced build tools, monorepos, micro-frontends, or asynchronous streaming architectures (e.g., Webpack, Nx, Kafka).
• High analytical capabilities, with a proven track record of solving unique architectural or runtime performance bottlenecks within highly trafficked web systems.
