If you live and breathe fashion, are passionate about recruitment, and love building everything from scratch – this is your stage: a solo HR role in a leading fashion company, for a sourcing champion with high drive and real impact.
About the role:
- Lead all recruitment processes – HQ and field, end-to-end, with full ownership
- Build and manage smart candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, social media, and paid campaigns
- True partnership with managers – not just sending CVs, but advising, challenging, and sharpening role profiles
- Connecting data with people – recruitment metrics, reports, and ongoing tracking to help us work smarter
- Lead the employee experience domain – company events, wellbeing initiatives, team-building activities, and holiday gifts
Requirements:
- Proven independent recruitment experience with the ability to showcase successful hires
- Experience in sourcing candidates that others cannot find
- Genuine connection to people alongside business thinking and ability to work with data
- Ability to work independently, with organization and management of multiple processes in parallel without losing details
- Retail experience – a significant advantage
- Experience leading employee experience / producing events – a significant advantage
